We are always so busy, jumping from one task to another. There's often a list of undone things that keeps towering as the days go by, like a pile of laundry waiting to be tended. It's so daunting because we know in the back of our minds, that a numbered list is there hanging at all times.

For some, this might come across as silly, but we are desperately in need of a break that we keep pushing for later. So to unreel from the hectic schedule of the week, I have created a little 'Self-Care Game'. You can play it by yourself or share the joy with as many as possible.

Instructions are fairly clear on this one. You just need to download the image twice, cut the images like cards and start playing. 

*An additional perk* Studies have shown that memory games help with concentration, focus, attention and keep improving your brain functioning.
