Self-checkup time
I wonder how people in the past went about their days, without proper coaching and guidance. As we all know, navigating through day-to-day can be pretty daunting. We encounter so many people with different characters, behaviours and it plays a big part in what emotions it brings out in us.
As you can see, there are several indicators of understanding how to regulate our behaviour when a turbulent situation arises. These waters are sometimes rough as we cannot predict what may come. The best we can do is prepare ourselves with the tools that are created by learning and listening to professional advice too.
