You can look for help in more ways than one, 'Support Circle' is a phenomenal way to do that. For it to be successful, you need need to look around the environment, gauge who the willing people are and recruit those individuals to your life. Search reliable social groups, family members and friends who can help Learn effective methods to interact and covey your concerns Get to know them one-on-one or in a group setting  Identify the trustworthy people in your vicinity Remain in contact, with frequent visits and text Learn to accpet help in necessary situations and rely on them You can include the provided points, or improve upon this list and dare to include your own views on this. Seeking help should never be a shameful process, if you have none, we are there for you.  

If the memory serves..

Oh mind, where art thou?   Mind has a vast application, which is probably an understatement. It serves on so many areas of the body; physical and mental. As our age goes up, our functioning overall sees a decrease in its alertness and response.  Our memory is a part of that diminishing matter. Good news is that we can create methods to increase and maintain the functioning of our brain. Down below is an animated video which displays that having a bad memory doesn't have to be the end if it all.  With the use of Animaker, our goal is to provide a solution for visual aid learners. Self-checkup time  I wonder how people in the past went about their days, without proper coaching and guidance. As we all know, navigating through day-to-day can be pretty daunting. We encounter so many people with different characters, behaviours and it plays a big part in what emotions it brings out in us. As you can see, there are several indicators of understanding how to regulate our behaviour when a turbulent situation arises. These waters are sometimes rough as we cannot predict what may come. The best we can do is prepare ourselves with the tools that are created by learning and listening to professional advice too. Let's make a habit of checking with ourself and understand what our body and mind is asking of us.

A mind well fortified  We are always so busy, jumping from one task to another. There's often a list of undone things that keeps towering as the days go   by, like a pile of laundry waiting to be tended. It's so daunting because we know in the back of our minds, that a numbered list is there hanging at all times. For some, this might come across as silly, but we are desperately in need of a break that we keep pushing for later. So to unreel from the hectic schedule of the week, I have created a little 'Self-Care Game'. You can play it by yourself or share the joy with as many as possible. Instructions are fairly clear on this one. You just need to download the image twice, cut the images like cards and start playing.  *An additional perk* Studies have shown that memory games help with concentration, focus, attention and keep improving your brain functioning.
